    First Quarter Reflection             This quarter has been a period of significant learning and self-discovery. I've gained a deeper understanding of effective time management, particularly in balancing multiple projects. I've also discovered the importance of clear and consistent communication within a team to avoid misunderstandings and ensure everyone is aligned. Furthermore, I've learned the value of seeking feedback early and often, as it allows for timely adjustments and improvements.    One of the main challenges I encountered was dealing with conflicting priorities. Several projects had overlapping deadlines, which created a sense of being overwhelmed.
