The Intayon Ilocos Sur Festival is more than just a celebration; it is a vibrant showcase of our province's soul. From the rhythmic dancing in the streets to the colorful displays of local heritage, the atmosphere was electric. It felt like the entire community came together to breathe life into our traditions, reminding us of the deep history we carry in our blood.



Walking through the festivities, I was struck by the craftsmanship and talent of Ilocanos. Whether it was the intricate food displays or the energy of the performers, every detail shouted pride. It wasn’t just about the spectacle; it was about the connection we felt toward our neighbors and our shared identity as people of Ilocos Sur.



Participating in this festival taught me the importance of looking back while moving forward. It’s easy to get lost in the modern world, but "Intayon" calls us back to our roots. I left the celebration feeling more grounded and incredibly proud to call this province my home.

    First Quarter Reflection             This quarter has been a period of significant learning and self-discovery. I've gained a deeper understanding of effective time management, particularly in balancing multiple projects. I've also discovered the importance of clear and consistent communication within a team to avoid misunderstandings and ensure everyone is aligned. Furthermore, I've learned the value of seeking feedback early and often, as it allows for timely adjustments and improvements.    One of the main challenges I encountered was dealing with conflicting priorities.
