 The 124th Foundation Day of ISNHS 

was a grand milestone captured in snapshots of joy and school pride. Through my lens, I saw more than just a school anniversary; I saw a legacy of excellence that has spanned over a century. Every photo tells a story of a student body that is vibrant, talented, and deeply connected.

The laughter shared during the breaks. Seeing the alumni return to their "home" reminded me that we are part of something much bigger than ourselves. These images serve as a bridge between the glorious past of our institution and the promising future we are creating.

Capturing these moments allowed me to appreciate the spirit of ISNHS in a new way. A school isn't just a building; it’s the heartbeat of the students and faculty who walk its halls. As we celebrate 124 years, these photos remain a testament to our enduring spirit and our commitment to being the "Cradle of Leaders."

    First Quarter Reflection             This quarter has been a period of significant learning and self-discovery. I've gained a deeper understanding of effective time management, particularly in balancing multiple projects. I've also discovered the importance of clear and consistent communication within a team to avoid misunderstandings and ensure everyone is aligned. Furthermore, I've learned the value of seeking feedback early and often, as it allows for timely adjustments and improvements.    One of the main challenges I encountered was dealing with conflicting priorities.
